your data, your call
Delete account and data.
MemoGotchi is local-first and currently does not maintain a persistent cloud profile or cloud copy of your quests. Here is how to remove what the app stores.
Remove MemoGotchi data from your iPhone
- Open MemoGotchi and go to Settings → Account → Sign Out to remove the local session from Keychain.
- Delete MemoGotchi from your iPhone to remove locally stored quests, pet progress, preferences, and pending diagnostics.
- If you placed a MemoGotchi widget, remove it from the Home Screen.
Stop using Sign in with Apple
- Open the iPhone Settings app and tap your Apple Account name.
- Choose Sign-In & Security → Sign in with Apple.
- Select MemoGotchi and choose Delete or Stop Using Apple ID.
Apple controls this authorization record. Removing it does not automatically delete local MemoGotchi data, so complete the device steps above as well.
Request removal from server logs
The MemoGotchi backend uses signed, expiring sessions rather than a persistent account database. Limited authentication requests, anonymous product metrics, or technical diagnostics may remain in operational logs. To request a review and removal where identification is reasonably possible, open a private-contact request. Do not put your Apple identifier, email address, token, precise location, or other private information in the public issue.
What happens next
Signing out immediately removes the MemoGotchi session from the device. Deleting the app removes local app data under iOS behavior. A server-log request will be reviewed and answered through a private contact method; some records may need to be retained when required for security, legal compliance, or fraud prevention.
