Quick answers
A location reminder did not fire
Open iPhone Settings → Privacy & Security → Location Services → MemoGotchi and choose Always. Turn on Precise Location. Then check Settings → Notifications → MemoGotchi and allow notifications. Low Power Mode and force-quitting the app can also delay background location activity.
Why does MemoGotchi need “Always” location?
Arrival reminders must work when the app is not open. iOS requires Always access for reliable background region monitoring. MemoGotchi uses location for reminder and nearby-place features, not for advertising.
How do I add several possible locations?
Create a new quest, search under Specific place, and select up to five locations. The quest fires at whichever selected location you reach first.
How do I sign out?
Open MemoGotchi Settings, scroll to Account, and choose Sign Out. Your locally stored quests and pet progress remain on that device.
How do I remove my data?
Follow the steps on the account and data deletion page.
What should I include in a bug report?
Include your iPhone model, iOS version, MemoGotchi version, what you expected, and what happened. Never post a precise home address, photo, Apple sign-in token, or other sensitive information.
